Raymond Kohn was born in 1977 in Richmond, Virginia. The Dukes of Hazzard first aired in January of 1979 and as a small child, it made a big impression on him. Ray was obsessed. His parents could not keep him from the television when it would air. As he would eat his dinner in front of the T.V. watching the Duke boys race around in their General Lee, during commercial breaks Ray would dream about the day when he would be old enough to have a General Lee of his own.
In 2007 we had a crazy idea. Why not jump a General Lee at Yankee Lake Truck Night? Well, others agreed, and we did it. Since those humble beginnings, we grew from a single jump to a full sized stunt show with car turn-overs, chases, car skiing, and of course, the finale jump of the most famous car in the world. A family friendly show that is just like watching a real life episode of the actual show. Who knows, you may even be able to meet and greet famous actors from the television series.
